Experience / Bike choice:
Our tours are for medium and experienced riders only, we recommend a minimum of 3 years of riding experience. Off-road experience is not required, the trails are very “mild”. Please, state your size and weight when booking so we can adjust the bike as needed. Your safety, comfort and fun depend on us being able to set up the bike to your individual needs!
Physical considerations:
The Mexican Caribbean is hot! Even in winter you will need sun-block. Our body protectors and waterproofs will be enough for even the coldest days (20°c, 68°f).
A reasonable level of physical fitness is required. People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back or joint problems or other high-risk medical conditions may find the riding and high temperatures too strenuous.
